Data safety

This guide will specify the types of data that the Accubate platform collects. It will list the steps you should take to request deletion of your account. The guide will also explain what data is deleted and what is anonymized once a request to delete data is placed.

What personal data does Accubate have

Depending on the type of services used, Accubate might collect name, emails, phone numbers, addresses and documents. We consider each of these as sensitive data.

Request deletion of account

Follow the following steps to provide access to your Zoom account.

  1. Click or tap on the profile icon on top right of the page
  2. Click or tap on Account menu
  3. Click or tap on the privacy tab on the profile page
  4. Click or tap on the "Add data eraser request" button link and follow the steps to request deletion of your account

What do we do once the request has been received

This is an irreversible action. Once the request is submitted, we will delete all your documents and anonymize all your personal information in 7 days. This will permanently remove all personal information. You will not be able to login to Accubate. You will not be able to access your applications, startups, mentoring history or any other information on the platform.
